Professional Career after Scheme Completion | : | Upon completion of the scheme, graduates of Higher Diploma will be entitled to a monthly salary not less than $12,000 |

Study Arrangement
The first to fourth years |
Participants will be employed by the participating companies as apprentices. For the first 3 years, the employer will sponsor the apprentice to study the Higher Diploma programme at IVE for one full-day plus one morning. |
Allowance & Salary*
The first to third years |
Participants will receive a total subsidy of $30,800 from their employers, a guaranteed monthly salary not less than $9,000 and an average of $2,000 government allowance. The total monthly income will be above $10,000. |
The fourth year |
Full-time on-the-job training with a guaranteed monthly salary not less than $9,000. |
The first year of training Monthly salary not less than $9,000 and an average of $1,500 Government Allowance |
Monthly average $10,500 or above |
The second year of training Monthly salary not less than $9,000 and an average of $2,000 Government Allowance |
Monthly average $11,000 or above |
The third year of training Monthly salary not less than $9,000 and an average of $2,500 Government Allowance |
Monthly average $11,500 or above |
An additional subsidy during the first to third year | $30,800 |
The fourth year Full-time training |

Entry Requirement
- Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above, including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; or
- VTC Foundation Diploma (Level 3) / Diploma of Foundation Studies and with successful completion of Foundation Mathematics III; or
- VTC Diploma in Vocational Education / Diploma of Vocational Education with successful completion of Mathematics 3G; or
- Yi Jin Diploma/ Diploma Yi Jin with successful completion of Mathematics Plus; or
- Equivalent.
