    To provide the best possible training environment for our Hotel and Catering students, our discipline has a total of 5 training restaurants and 5 training kitchens located in Chai Wan and Haking Wong campus. In these facilities, students acquire hands-on experience and skills in line with stringent industry standards in food preparation and customer service. They are closely supervised during training and must demonstrate to their assessors that they have met the requirements for gaining professional qualification.

    The atmosphere in our Training Restaurants is friendly and relaxing. Professional service is offered to customers, creating a fine dining experience. Menus are innovative and regularly changed in keeping with local and seasonal produce. Our regular lunches, theme evenings and private functions offer our students a wide variety of training experience.

    Our Training Restaurants are open to members of Chai Wan and Haking Wong Dining Society during term time. A wide variety of cuisines, theme lunches and dinners will be available towards the end of each semester. Please check our restaurants’ event calendar for details. Kindly note that reservation is required as seats are limited. Advance booking can be made by calling the Training Restaurants in IVE (Chai Wan) at 2595 8295, or IVE (Haking Wong) at 2728 6705, from Monday to Friday during term time.
