Established under Department of Childcare, Elderly and Community Services since 2004, CECTL upholds the value and aims to promote quality teaching and learning practices and values for early childhood education by developing innovative projects and teaching strategies that offers practical opportunities for our students, and enhance in-service and pre-service teachers’ professional capacity in teaching and learning.
CECTL focuses on 4 development domains: Government projects, professional teacher trainings, international development project and community support.
