    Dr Ng Tat-lun Memorial Learning Resources Centre (LRC) is the first LRC reconstructed in 2003, consist of 3 units: Library, Education Technology Unit and Information Technology Unit. Providing one-stop-shop services to VTC Headquarters, IVE (Morrison Hill) and PEAK’s staff and students, for their teaching and learning needs.

    LRC is located on the sixth floor of the annex building with a total area of 2550 sq.m and a seating capacity of about 400.
