Through participation in different sports activities, students can develop the basic skills in sports, enhance one’s physical fitness as well as nurture healthy habits to foster a balanced lifestyle. Our Physical Education professionals are dedicated to arousing students' interests and active participation in sports through the Structured Whole Person Development Programme and a wide range of sports activities. Such sports activities, for example, include VTC Athletic Meet, VTC Sports Teams, Inter-Campus Ball Games and the Hong Kong Award for Young People (HKAYP).
