Bright Future Hall
Founded by Prof Roy CHUNG Chi-ping, GBS, BBS, JP, former VTC Chairman, the Bright Future Charitable Foundation donated 1 million Hong Kong dollars to VTC Student Development Foundation supporting students’ all-round development in 2012. To show appreciation, the Assembly Hall of IVE (Morrison Hill) was named as “Bright Future Hall”. |

Jockey Club Lecture Theatre
Sponsored by the Hong Kong Jockey Club, the Jockey Club Lecture Theatre (JCLT) was completed in March 2006. Over thousands of lectures and seminars have since been delivered here. |

LAU Chin-ho Memorial Lecture Theatre
The lecture theatre was named as above in 2017 in memory of Dr Stanley Lau Chin-ho, SBS, MH, JP (1950 - 2016) in recognition of the staunch support from Dr Stanley Lau and the Hong Kong Young Industrialists Council to the VTC. |

Learning Resources Centre (LRC)
Dr Ng Tat-lun Memorial Learning Resources Centre covers an area of 2,550 square meters, offers 480 study places, there are 5 conference rooms for teachers and students to book for discussing homework and group learning. LRC holds over 58,000 volumes of various printed books, periodicals and audio-visual materials, user can also make use of various e-journals, e-books and e-databases to cater their study needs. |

Student Activities Centre
The Student Activities Centre, also known as “Mor Mor Tea”, provides students with a relaxing place featured with various facilities including fitness room, dancing room, table tennis and activity areas. |

Construction Project Studio
A multi-purpose studio dedicated for industry based student projects and to support project based learning by connecting the campus with the industry. The studio is consist of multiple meeting rooms equipped with video conference equipment and wide format multifunction plotter. |

Building Information Modeling (BIM) & Geographic Information System (GIS) Centre
The centre aims to provide new technology to students and construction professionals in order to meet the growing demands in the local construction industry. It is equipped with the latest BIM software package and high-end workstations. |

Construction Laboratory
Construction Laboratory 302 provides well-equipped professional facilities with a stimulating environment for the students of HD in Civil Engineering to conduct laboratory work and design projects. |

ITCC aims to nurture young talents and foster an innovation and entrepreneurial culture. By bringing in cutting edge technologies and establishing strong partnership and collaboration with the industry, the Centre endeavours to build a successful innovation ecosystem and create social impacts.

Language Laboratories
Equipped with sophisticated audio and visual equipment and personal computers, the 2 multi-media language laboratories, each with over 40 booths, can enhance teaching and learning as students are given more ways to interact with their tutors and their peers under teachers’ guidance. |
