Major Duties: |
(a) |
To provide support in the following projects / events of the External Affairs Office, Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI): |

(i) |
International events and conferences; |
|
(ii) |
Projects arising from Mainland Education Institutions and industrial partners; |
|
(iii) |
Collaborative projects, community engagement and industrial projects with local partners; |
(b) |
To liaise with internal and external stakeholders including government bodies, academic institutions, and industrial partners, to facilitate smooth operations; |
(c) |
To arrange the logistics for delegation visits / meetings to promote HKDI and explore potential collaborations; |
(d) |
To organise student-focused projects / activities; and |
(e) |
To prepare publicity materials, conduct online research, draft reports and carry out duties in relation to aforesaid projects / events. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent; |
(b) |
At least 2 years’ work experience, preferably related to project and event management at an executive level; |
(c) |
Good knowledge and skills in project management and event planning, preferably related to design; |
(d) |
A high level of written and spoken language proficiency in both Chinese and English, preferably including Putonghua; |
(e) |
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently under pressure; and |
(f) |
Proactive and attentive to details. |

Notes: |
(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
(2) |
Shortlisted applicants will be required to take a written assessment. |
(3) |
The appointee may be required to work irregular hours outside normal office hours and/or outside campus. |
