Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To perform teaching duties and assist in supervision of student projects and industrial attachment; |
|
(b) |
To assist in carrying out duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
|
(c) |
To assist in developing programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; and |
|
(d) |
To participate in campus / discipline / departmental projects and functions, including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions. |
|

|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree in Information Technology, Multimedia or related field, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
|
(b) |
Preferably with relevant teaching and/or industry experience; |
|
(c) |
Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; |
|
(d) |
A good team player with the ability to work independently under pressure; and |
|
(e) |
Experience in curriculum and training material development and instructional design would be an added advantage. |

The post is at the rank of Teaching Associate. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

Shortlisted candidate(s) will be required to take a written assessment. |

(4) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and in designated places as assigned. |
