Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To perform teaching duties including supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement; |
|
(b) |
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
|
(c) |
To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning, and assessment materials; |
|
(d) |
To assist in validation and accreditation of programmes; and |
|
(e) |
To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, departmental / discipline projects, and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars, and exhibitions. |

Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree in Nursing or professional qualification; preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
|
(b) |
For the candidates with Nursing qualification, they should be the Registered Nurse with the Hong Kong Nursing Council and holding valid practicing certificate. |
|
(c) |
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience in the field of nursing; |
|
(d) |
Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese; and |
|
(e) |
Good records of connection with the industry or professional bodies would be an advantage. |

Notes: |
|
(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

(2) |
Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment. |
