Major Duties: |
(a) |
To be responsible for instructional design and development of e-learning programmes for the in-service market; |
(b) |
To assist in daily administration, support and maintenance of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other application platforms; |
(c) |
To assist in the implementation and management of training and consultancy projects and handle client enquiries; |
(d) |
To liaise and co-ordinate with vendors and internal parties to ensure timely delivery of projects; and |
(e) |
To conduct various user acceptance tests, quality assurance and documentations for the e-learning and other application platforms. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree in Information Technology / Multimedia Design or equivalent; |
(b) |
At least 2 years’ work experience in graphic design, UI, UX, multimedia development, etc.; |
(c) |
Good knowledge in graphic, multimedia and e-Learning authoring software (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effect / Articulate Storyline is preferable); |
(d) |
Result-driven, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure; |
(e) |
Good negotiation, problem-solving, time management, communication skills; |
(f) |
Good command of written and spoken language proficiency in both English and Chinese; and |
(g) |
Experience in the following would be an advantage: |

(i) |
e-learning programme development and LMS administration; |
|
(ii) |
project management and liaising with clients. |

(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
(2) |
The appointee(s) may be required to work irregular hours / outside normal office hours and/or at different work locations on a need basis. |
