Major Duties: |
(a) |
To support the daily operations and flow management of a virtual reality (VR) experience exhibition; |
(b) |
To serve as ambassador, introducing the exhibition to visitors and answer their inquiries; |
(c) |
To assist with ticketing management for the exhibition; |
(d) |
To facilitate visitor engagement with the VR experience and enhance the overall visiting experience for the exhibition; |
(e) |
To ensure daily maintenance of the exhibition and manage the equipment inventory, including regular checks and clearances; and |
(f) |
To provide administrative support of the exhibition and its marketing activities, including promotion, social media updates, and archiving. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
(i) |
Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; OR |
|
(ii) |
Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); OR |
|
(iii) |
Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Mathematics / Project Yi Jin; OR |
|
(iv) |
A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation Studies; OR |
|
(v) |
A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above. |

Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification. |

“Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects. |
(b) |
Proficiency in the use of computer software application, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing and MS Teams; |
(c) |
Familiar with VR/ AR technology, related applications and equipment is preferable; |
(d) |
Good command of English and Chinese, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua; |
(e) |
Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; and |
(f) |
Ability to work independently and be a good team player. |
