Institutional Advancement Office (IAO) focuses on engaging industry partners, philanthropists and alumni to foster collaborations and solicit financial and in-kind support for student development and institutional advancement of VTC. |

Major Duties: |
(a) |
To contribute to alumni engagement strategies and their implementation; |
(b) |
To produce content, stories, social media content with alumni that align with Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPET) values; |
(c) |
To devise advertising strategy to best promote alumni engagement contents on media; |
(d) |
To administer the design and publications for alumni portal and alumni e-News; |
(e) |
To implement projects and campaigns to enhance alumni relations and strengthen alumni’s connections with alma mater in support of the on-going development of VTC; and |
(f) |
To provide administrative support to the maintenance and enhancement of Management Information System for alumni services, and the sponsorship scheme to alumni activities. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree in journalism / marketing / communication / advertising / digital marketing or related disciplines; |
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience. Experience in copywriting, magazine or other related areas that could demonstrate the applicant’s writing skills, would be an advantage; |
(c) |
Good knowledge of digital and social media marketing in engaging stakeholders; |
(d) |
Strong people skills to work and build connection with stakeholders; |
(e) |
Good communication and presentation skills; and |
(f) |
Proactive, good adaptability in a multi-facet work environment, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle multi-tasks independently. |
