    Term / Temporary / Part Time (Day Time) Assistant Lecturer (IT & Mathematics)
    Youth College (Project JUMP)

    Major Duties:
    (a) To perform teaching duties, including supervision of students’ projects field works;
    (b) To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration;
    (c) To develop course curriculum and teaching materials; and
    (d) To assist in developing any team projects as assigned.
       
    Requirements:
    (a) A relevant recognised degree or equivalent professional qualification; preferably with post-graduate qualifications in education;
    (b) Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese;
    (c) Good interpersonal and computer skills;
    (d) Preferably with relevant teaching and/or industry experience; and
    (e) Preferably with experience in teaching non-engaged youth.
       
    Notes :
    (1) The post is at the rank of “Teaching Associate”.
    (2) Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
    (3) Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment in English.
    (4) The work location is Tuen Mun.
    (5) In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process.
