Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services. More than 200 major companies have utilised its corporate training services.

Major Duties:
(a)	To conduct training need analysis;
(b)	To perform teaching / training duties;
(c)	To propose lesson plan;
(d)	To develop and prepare training materials;
(e)	To design and organise training activities; and
(f)	To prepare training reports and review evaluations.

Requirements:
(a)	A relevant recognised degree or professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification;
(b)	At least 3 years’ relevant teaching, training and/or industry experience preferably in UX/UI design, E-commerce, digital marketing etc.;
(c)	Solid experience in creative design or digital media;
(d)	Good project management, training/teaching and facilitation skills;
(e)	Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage; and
(f)	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
