IVE (Lee Wai Lee) offers a comprehensive range of high-quality and industry-relevant higher diploma programmes in information technology, engineering and design, meeting the workforce demands and supporting Hong Kong’s industry development. 

The campus boasts state-of-the-art facilities, supported by a co-working space, language centre and a sea-view Learning Resource Centre. Students can also enjoy extensive sports facilities, such as badminton and basketball courts, a swimming pool, and a gymnasium, which enhance the overall learning experience. 

Strategically located next to an MTR station and adjacent to the Hong Kong Design Institute, students benefit from a vibrant, interdisciplinary school life—all within one convenient location

State-of-the-art Facilities
The campus is equipped with advanced teaching facilities, including interactive media production equipment used for Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and 3D design. Additionally, the Cloud Innovation Centre supports advanced cloud computing projects, providing a diverse environment for creative and technological exploration.
Interactive Media Studio

The studio features interactive systems for exploring creative ideas and multimedia applications. It includes motion-driven visual systems like a multi-touch table and a non-touch motion sensing system for AR experience. Animatronics pneumatic robots allow for automated show control, while a versatile aluminum exhibition system offers a flexible structure for exhibition designs and interactive media projects.

Game Visualisation Centre

The center supports teaching in game design and development by allowing students to analyze and evaluate various computer games and create new ideas. In terms of game visual systems, it features a hemispherical projector and a mobile platform with six projectors, capable of creating a computer-generated 3D immersive gaming environment. It also promotes training in game design, programming, and development.

The Multimedia Entertainment Studio features innovative audio-visual technologies, including lighting boards, intelligent lighting, digital audio mixing consoles, and surround sound systems. Horology & Material Lab

The Horology and Material Laboratory was established with the aim to support human resources training for the watch and clock industry in Hong Kong.  The Laboratory consists of a wide range of equipment related to watch making, testing, and repairing.  In addition to the delivery of the timepiece technology modules under the Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, the workshop is also used for the delivery of in-service training programmes for the industry.
