Typhoon & Black Rainstorm Arrangement :
During the opening hours of our Centre :
- If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Pre-No.8 (Typhoon Signal No.8) Special Announcement, the Centre will be closed within two hours after the announcement.
- If Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the Centre will remain open
- If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered , the following arrangements will be effective :
